Episode 78: Dealing with difficult clients
Difficult clients are an inevitable part of any business. There are several ways to manage interactions in the moment with your difficult clients, but today I want to go a little deeper and talk about why they’re difficult in the first place.
My goal is to help you have fewer of those difficult client moments and more clients that you enjoy working with. You won't need that band-aid of managing difficult conversations or destressing with a glass of wine at the end of the day.
What I’m talking about today will actually change how you see all of your clients, improve your client service in general, and help you save time and energy because you won’t be dreading, avoiding, and stewing over those difficult clients nearly as much.
